Rinnai - Bought a water heater in November - Got broken in December
Bought a water heater in November - Got broken in December - problem with microchip not heating water. Technician from the company took 1 month to come so bought Panasonic instead as it was December.
The microchip in the heater was out of order.
Technician replaced it, but as i am not using it anymore it was useless, i could not even check if it got fixed properly, the only thing Rinnai company could comfort me with after it was rapidly broken and waiting and buying other brand instead would be a full refund, but no they weren't able even to do that. Never again
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $200.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
