Rinnai - No Service
Installed a Rinnai RL94C in June of 2016. Has not worked correctly since we have had it.
Cannot find Rinnai certified service people to work on it. Standard answer from the service people is they do not want to service the unit because they never get paid by Rinnai even when the unit is under warranty. If Rinnai cannot pay people to come fix their equipment they need to tell the customers up front that this is a problem.
They advertise these long warranties but have no service people willing to service the machines. Rinnai needs to offer to pay their certified service people or no one will ever buy another one of these machines.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
